For over 20 years, Stephanie Zaharias has built a framework for interior design that combines artistry with strategic planning. Influenced by her Los Angeles upbringing—where art, architecture, and culture shaped her perspective—she believes well-designed spaces elevate daily life. With a foundation in both design and business, she merges aesthetic intuition with a deep understanding of construction, development, and project coordination.
Her portfolio spans luxury custom homes, high-end speculative developments, and multi-family projects, all emphasizing refinement and livability. Staying at the forefront of industry innovations, she brings a forward-thinking yet pragmatic outlook to each project. Beyond interiors, she is actively involved in exterior material selections—from siding colors to outdoor kitchens and stonework.
